As the title states, ladies and gentlemen, can I do animation as a medium of Video Drama? It will still involve elements of production according to the HSC, it'll be relatively unique and it's something I can bum up in a lot less time than trying to organise a film crew/acting cast.

Yeah, I get the feeling I've seen a combination filmed/animated video before. But I can't guarantee straight animation.
