if i kill the externals i still get pulled down in the HSC mark, what do i do? :'(

EDIT: My aim is 65 or more out of 70

If i can destroy my externals and get my desired mark, which mark am I allowed to keep, HSC or External?

The mark is only looked at to show the relative gaps between students. Otherwise, it is not considered (in the right circumstances, a raw internal mark of 30 could become a final mark of 90).
