Microbiology is the major and has a small component of Immunology within the degree (I'm fairly certain the major which will be written on your testamur is just "Microbiology"). But if you want more knowledge in Immunology, you should consider Honours as that covers "Medical Microbiology and Immunology".

I spoke to some babs lecturer guy at the open day about studying immunology (I think I did anyway, unless I just asked about microbiology), and i'm fairly certain he suggested that it was offered as a major.

If not, I probably will try to get into honours
