    Re: The 'CLUBs' Guide (sydney)

Me and my posse always go to Pavillion first next to Town Hall, drinks are soo cheap, and DJ is quite good for early on in the night. Maloneys past Star Bar does $3.50 spirits, vibe is so, so bad tho. Just pool tables, no music.

Star Bar is sleaze heaven. Went there with my bf and was still being groped from behind!

We always finish off at Jacksons on George, down past Wynyard towards Circular Quay...no cover charge and there's 4 levels - first is pokies, second 80s/90s dance, third is top 40 with rnb and hiphop, some high school hits, and fourth floor has quieter house/techno music with pool tables. CAGE DANCING ON THE THIRD FLOOR smoke machine, awesome lighting. some sleazes though.
Awesome value for their jug cocktails (go to fourth floor bar), but watered down.

Ivy Bar on George St is amazing
    Also Sublime in Darling Harbour
A night in the city is pretty expensive though
I mainly stay around the Cronulla clubs and pubs...

The Bourbon at the Cross is alright. They do this Free Fridays thing where you get in for free if you on the guestlist and $3 drinks before 9 and $5 drinks before 12.

Some good music and a great atmosphere.

lols. go to collectors to do some collections :P

(that was so dry.. but oh well)

long story short, going to collectors prob the last weekend of the month. been waiting for my bestie to get her fucking ID. and only NOW did she find a loop hole. she knows this cop that works there and hes gonna put her on the V.I.P list in which she wont need id for. ABOUT TIME.

howevver, collectors looks pretty shit. the same crowd goes there all the time.

I'm liking Blink and Trash on Fridays/Saturdays for some good rock/alternative/metal music.
Fave place to go, drinks are a little pricey imo (but I only say that because I can't compare it to anywhere else)

    best clubs atm are:

    world bar
    oxford art factory
    chinese laundry
    nevermind
    argyle
    purple sneakers
    sosueme
    Highly agree.

I am one to also go to Equillibrium and Star Bar for cheap drinks to start a night out.

btw Sosueme is at Qbar right? Or am I confused with something else.

Question Re: The 'CLUBs' Guide (sydney)

hey guys, I've got some questions regarding dress code for certain clubs like Tank and Flow Fridays:

    1. How strict are they?
    2. What can I wear/can't wear especially in regards to shoes?(I've got Converse Chuck Taylors)
    3. If I can't wear chucks can anyone recommend me any appropriate footwear?(I would like something good and fashionable but not too formal to the point where it would be uncomfortable to party hard in them lol).
    4. If anyone else has more tips please do share them.

    Re: The 'CLUBs' Guide (sydney)

    I got some questions
-If you have a group of guys with no girls (lets say 10), would it better to split up?? or come, like say 9pm-10pm

-If a club does let a huge group of guys in (like my first example) would it be usually have an high boy to girl ratio (eg for every 1 girl, there's 5 guys)

-What your best idea, when you have an group of 10 guys without girls, and you want to get into a club with an high girl to boy ratio (eg for every 1 guy there's like 2 girls or whatever)
