subjects average mark and overall ranks

English standard 70 8/60
Maths 2u 50-60 13/19
Business 60-70 9/24
Senior science 60 7/22
Art 60-70 3/10

Its business and commerce at UWs but the cutoff is 65, i get 5 bonus points from my school

Just found out my school is ranked in the 500s lol is it still possible for me to get an ATAR of 60?
