In the 2019 paper for English standard one of the prescribed texts are Go Back to Where You Came From.

This is what is said in the exam paper 1 for English standard.

The prescribed episodes are:
*Series 1: episode 1, 2 and 3
And
* The response

Does this mean I have to write about all of them (4 bodies)

It depends on how you want to structure your essay - there is no 'set' form. At the end of the day, it all comes down to how much you want to write, how you're going to synthesise and how many themes/topics you're willing/able to explore.

I believe it is better to write 3 very good body paragraphs than 4 not so good ones...
