Does anyone know why practically all the case study notes for qantas are marked as n/a? it doesn't seem to affect any other case studies/notes. :confused: - ashley

:confused: I managed to upload some notes for the core unit a few months ago, but since then BOS doesn't seem to accept any new ones I try to put on. I've tried about 3 times. Is anyone else have trouble with it? - Ashley

I've signed up for premium. And when using SAM, no matter how I slide the markers the marks always end up really low. I've tried several combinations but no luck. Does anyone know how you use it?
