Just a quick question, if i got an atar 95, obtain 5 bonus points from HSC plus and the cutoff remains the same 97, will I get in for sure?

I want to study electrical engineering as my main in unsw, but want something else to complement it I am really interested in commerce and want it combined, but i didn't study economics in HSC, so not sure if i can handle it, also heard most people dropped to only a single degree at year 2...
