    Anyone into photography?

Photography is a great hobby - a little on the expensive side of things most of the time, though. What kind of camera does everyone have? I'm a bit of a traditionalist, preferring my SLR Olympus OM-20. Film really does it for me - shame about the processing charge - but unless I had a DSLR (like...

    What are you currently Reading?

Isabel Allende's Portrait in Sepia - sweeping, beautifully written and poignant, but on occasions a little bit soapy. (by that I mean it became a bit too thoroughly romantic that the ambitions were lost by the protagonist)

    The Skull Beneath The Skin

Hello - I realised that there aren't a lot of notes and/or support for TSBTS and I thought I might chip in with my two cents.. The Skull is one of my strongest texts in knowledge and understanding and I still have notes and folders of original insight and discussions and seminars from...

    UNSW Psychology and APS Certification

Okay, just another general query - I have heard that, to satisfy the APS (Australian Psychological Society) requirements, one must complete at least a 4 year psychology or psych-majored degree whilst undertaking mathematics in each consecutive year. By the same premise, I have also heard...

    Timetable - Most Confusing Indeed

Okay - I'm a new UNSW student doing combined Science / Arts ... I have just a simple question to ask .. if you take a look at the timetable - to take for example Monday and Thursday, you will notice I have Mathematics at both 4pm and 5pm. Are these two DIFFERENT lectures, or are they simply...

lol.. I really don't mean to be a wet blanket about this, but if you have a look above, I got 46 internally and 46 externally. I didn't get aligned to 50. I know you said practically.. but I just felt like being a niddy :P

    EE2 meetup!!!

Just a quick update seeing as though the idea of our meetup still hasn't quite surfaced yet - I am proposing an adamant date (or if none can make it, two closely similar days) in which we should make our meetup. Obviously right now there is a bit of rustle and bustle about offers and the...

    Skrzynecki coming to school

He came to visit my school earlier this year as well ... I found him to be quite an arrogant and pretentious little man who openly admitted the rejection of the Board of Studies for using his poems. He does, however, have some useful insight amongst the banter about his present-day life and...

    What are you currently Reading?

I decided to go with a classic.. Thomas Hardy's Far from the Madding Crowd. Evocative, littered with Christian allusions and fragranced with magic realism. Difficult language but genuinely satisfying. Full of passion and slow courtship.

!!!Read my brief draft for English Adv!!!

Not necessarily... It is still only Term 1 of your HSC, with another whopping 9 months of practice and refining left. I assure you that 9 months is more than enough time to not only study thoroughly and well, but to have fun and enjoy time with your friends as well. I still remember 1...
