This is how I did it... P1 = parent 1 P2 = parent 2 _ = kids P1 P2 _ _ _ _ = 4! P2 P1 _ _ _ _ = 4! _ _ _ _ P1 P2 = 4! _ _ _ _ P2 P1 = 4! therefore total ways = 4 * 4! total = 6! therefore 4* 4! / 6!

I had 4! * 4 / 6! Because the parents could sit at either end (2) and they could switch seats (2) therefore 2*2*4! / 6!

but what about the 1-2 mark questions that require half a page to a page of working... surely 1 assumption rather than a proof is acceptable unfortunately i think they will... i looked at this question and was shocked. 3 marks for describing a locus geometrically... so i just threw in the...

i agree that it's slack... but i just don't think if you get the wrong answer you can ever get full marks for a question.. its slack to the people who actually get the right answer.

surely for 2 marks tho.... you could get one mark for recognising they are similar... and 1 mark for the conclusion that the angles are equal... i don't know... i just think it 4 unit they aren't as fussy on the tedious proofs

surely you can't get full marks if you don't get the right answer. I thought'd you get the first part (part i) wrong and lose 1 mark in part ii Just guessing tho

It would be the same thing. My school just called it correct from mistake
