Although that method may be used by other institutions in other circumstances, it is not used by the Board of Studies NSW to moderate raw school assessment marks. The moderating procedure uses a quadratic function and is non-linear.

As ajdlinux said, the course names in the old csv file are wrong - the correct course name for a particular course code can be found using UAC's course search.
The nice people at SMH appear to have been inspired by this creation and have released their own 2010 search interface here:

You can only search by name rather than by course, but we might be able to set that up ourselves.
It sounds like everyone in your class was in the same boat, and that you haven't suffered any special disadvantage relative to the other students in your class.
Whether you received 60s or 80s at school doesn't matter - what's important is your position in your class.

I think s 18A (which expressly deals with the publication of results of HSC exams and related assessments) would be relevant to this question, and probably also relevant to the question of whether there is a prohibition on disclosure.

I agree that it sounds like a demand, but the truth is that the Board is not empowered to make demands at large. It only has the powers conferred upon it by the Education Act, such as the power to make rules approved by the Minister with respect to the exercise of the Board's functions (s131)...
