Both marks are included in your WAM. I got 27 for a subject (dont ask why lol) and then got 72 when i repeated it, and they were both counted to my WAM...so that 27 pushed my WAM way down =(

I actually do the engineering/commerce degree and it is very true that engineering is a lot more difficult than commerce. If you do get into engineering/commerce i suggest you do all engineering subjects for the 1st year, and then from 2nd year onwards, mix it up each semester with commerce and...

Exactly the same with me. I got the job and had my induction and signed the forms about a month ago and have not heard anything from virgin since. I'm actually in the middle of uni exams atm, so when my exams are almost all done (just under 2 weeks from now), if i still havent heard from them...

@ wrong turn I have looked at the handbook, but there is only so much information that the handbook can tell us....i just wanted to know first hand information from students who have done the commerce degree or are currently completeing it what the subjects were like as they could tell me which...

Hi, Can anyone give a run down of the majors you can choose in a commerce degree. I just want to know which ones are the best for job prospectives, which ones involve more maths, which involve more public speaking and presentations and which ones are plain boring. Cheers!

I got the rejection letter from myer about 4 weeks after the group interview. But, i just got a job as a christmas casual with sanity/virgin/hmv....and they told me i will be working at myer as the cd/dvd departments at myer are run by virgin =)

Woohoo. I got the job!!! I thought i did really bad in the group interviews and wasnt expecting a callback....im still in shock atm lol I have a 3 hour induction on Thursday. Anyone know what happens??

Hey i just got back home too. This is what happened... Everyone enters the room and sits at one of the tables. Each table consisted of about 6-8 people. Some myer person then talks to you about myer and all the staff introduce themselves. Then in you small groups you each introduce yourselves...
