I do, somewhat as I cannot really concieve what i'd do with immortality or what heaven would be like. At the same time though while I used to hold the position you do, I actually now sway towards thinking an eternity of endless possibility would probably be better and I'm just not creative...
Oh I see what you mean here. Yea, I don't doubt that everyone can live without really being too bothered, but when it comes to looking for an answer at the very least at that time if you care you will probably bother to try to solve the problem.

I agree with what you wrote above KFunk and have thought about it before, but what gets me from going too far down that road is that 'usefulness'. While I do believe our lives are fairly much determined by our upbringing/genetics etc I then come to asking myself what's left to call yourself...
