was it necessary to start a whole thread just for this? Advanced English will always be favouring those who are good at it. It's a natural fact, you either have it or you don't, this applies to every subject. So stop procrastinating and study for your other exams, English is over.

am I with you, these 19 marks could potentially wipe your chances of even getting a band 5! How depressing is that?? My lowest mark for crime essays all year was 22/25 and highest being 24/25 in the trials, so there is no way I am settling for 15/25!

im sorry but this topic is impossible to answer your uai depends on like 1000 variables: subjects your doing, your performance against the state in those subjects, etc etc, ps they haven't even marked any papers yet as far as i know, so nothing can be predicted just yet :)

i have chemstry as well, great, just when you thought failing your hsc can be avoided. I just can't wait for my chemistry notes to join my bio, eng and legal notes: in the yellow bin! BTW hope you guys do well, its nearly over! :) :) :)
