Yeah, I go to a selective high school so they mark us much harder in our exams. The teachers claim something like if we only get, say, 53% (a fail) for an assessment mark but 80% in the HSC, then UAC or BOS or whoever think that our school misjudged our capability so we're scaled up. I have no...

Oh, i hated Section II!! My prepared creative writing piece could be most effectively adapted to either second or third person but nooooooo they had to give us a quote in first person... Just my luck :( Those unseen texts were crap though, especially the novel extract. 80% of the state...

Re: Thoughts... Hey, don't worry about only writing a page :) . I only wrote about a page per answer in my Trial and got 39/40 (some people in my class wrote 3 pages and got less). It's not really quantity - as long as you've written 8 marks worth then you'll get 8 marks. That could be only 6...
