yeah i know a person that recieved an early offer with a uai of 66.. while the cutoff for the course was 70! So its a posibility!

hmm i was just wondering, what would be the odds of getting accepted even though your UAI still doesnt reach the cutoff even with the bonus points and your only 2-3 points short? does it all depend on the popularity of the course or is it strictly 5 max points?
