    uws will take your 2011 atar br8 you are >93.55 so don't fret -- nsw unis don't have prerequisites unlike vic, qld +other states

    you only need 95ish atar for UWS but you need a gpa of 6.5 after 1st year uni and it decreases progressively until you finish your degree (5.6)

    uws, uncle/une and utas allow grads to apply for undergrad places uws has lower gpa cutoffs for grads as well, 5.6 vs 6.5 for 1st years

    but just note, if you have the marks required to get into a masters program you probably already have the marks to get a med interview

    oh btw at some unis simply possessing a masters degree automatically grants you consideration into medicine regardless of your marks but you also need a half-decent umat

    that was the process for applying to undergrad, you can do this any year starting from 2012 provided you start any uni degree now in australia there are 9 undergrad med schools and 11 postgrad med schools you can apply to undergrad even if you're a postgrad

    the only uni that still gives a shit about your atar after you start uni is unsw (and utas if you've completed <3 semesters) start a uni course you know you'll be good at, think of it as a fresh clean start 1. get good uni marks 2. sit umat 3. impress interviewers 4. get into med ^easier said...

    some one who got a 97.30 ATAR without studying?

    entirely possible if i might add, fairly easy ^especially in skills based subjects (maths) if you're a quick learner and have good memory
