The marks from assignments and exams from throughout the year don't matter anymore, they are only there to get you the ranks, so yes ranks are very important, for example: Students are, A B C and D and their ranks are respectively 1 2 3 and 4, therefore Name Rank Internal External Final A...

Of course you can, these are excellent ranks, I suspect (depending on the rest of your cohort) you can get > 90 if you put in the effort in the next month or so
