Can you use human resources strategies to manage change? Like rewards, job design and such so as to help reinforce the change?

Yeh I have the business studies in action textbook as well. There is very limited information on the strategies. There's a snapshot on the change models; so there's a bit more detail there. But there is not much to talk about, especially if it comes up in an essay/business report. What do?

I think my method was much easier; although it doesn't often pop up like that in MX1, more in MX2, because it's a bit more abstract.

Had a go at the ext 1 paper here at home. Definitely much more difficult than most other trials. I've managed to pretty much get everything up q14; which is where I'm at now. Circle geometry is just construct PT and QT, and they are right angles (angle in a semi-circle is a right angle) -> BC...

So is the daily schedule still the same. ie 2 hours for MX1, 3 for MX2... then a few hours for marking where we do whatever, and then feedback/tips?
