Sometimes I take those nurofen period pain pills. They do help just a little so maybe you could take one every day or something? They don't cost that much for a packet either.

Yes it's definitely ok to pick economics. I do both Biology and Economics and I feel that Economics is slightly easier.

I think doing romanticism wouldn't be too bad - modernism sounded absolutely boring in term 1 but most people in my class grew to love it. i guess these things vary a bit...I'd reckon it depends more on studied text too...

I guess you could always borrow some text study guides for the work you're doing in class. Understanding shakespeare is never easy so I like to first read little summaries of each scene before analysing it or whatever. You should also try and pinpoint which areas of english that you are bad at...

Normally i just try to do extra reading on the topic if possible and then around the time of the task i just try to polish up my essay writing skills by doing little practise questions. it just sort of depends on how much you know about the task i guess...

Nothing is a required subject for medicine but apparently it just makes it slightly easier later on (just a recommended subject). You shouldn't choose a subject based on its scaling - if you do well then you'll do well regardless of scaling. But I'm pretty sure both the maths scales up as well...
