I think you are missing the point of this laptop. IT IS NOT A DESKTOP REPLACEMENT! This is designed to accompany an existing computer of your own. This is for something light, ultra portable and small. Something for meetings to jot down some notes on. Or to travel with. Honestly I cant...- elnewb

Upgrading Macbook
1GB RAM should be fine. Leopard is only a small update, not that much has been added its more that things have been improved.- elnewb
