    Even though a lot of stores have already done their hiring, keep looking because some do leave it to the last minute.

    They're not messing with you. Legally, you are ONLY entitled to one three hour shift per month. But I doubt that thats what you will receive, the nightfill staff at my store get between 2-4 shifts a week, but these can be cut back to 1 per week during winter.

    This is how I 'structured' (or attempted to structure) my school day: Finish school - 3.00 Get Home - Approx 3.30-3.40 Eat, Get Changed - til 4.30 Immediate homework - 4.30 - 6.30 Dinner/TV - til 7.30 Study - 7.30-8.30 This is about the absolute max that I ever did on a regular day...

    Just say, yes I'll come in but not for another hour, or something like that. They can't have a go at you, and if they do, you can simply turn around and say that you can't work.

    2009 HSC English Texts - What are you studying?

    I did Frankenstein in the WACE Syllabus this year, and it was really good study. The reading of it was complex, (I actually didn't finish) but it was really easy to write on.
