thanks...pitty we can't use harvard in law...the referencing was so difficult for my first assignment. AND this year they made first year law students buy the stumcke book for referencing. And all our assignments so far have given us the option of stumcke or the AGLC.

Well once you know the long notes it is a good idea to summarise them into keypoints that are imperative to cover to properly answer the dot point. Then if you had correctly learnt the long version you should be able to expand on the key points naturally.
