What should i do? (re: maths)

I say, if the majority of your class is failing too, consider sticking to it. If it's impacting on your other subjects, however, maybe general might be a better idea. But, I really think you should talk to your teacher/careers adviser before you make a final decision.

Word Limit , Does It Count ?

It depends on how strict your teacher is, but usually, 10% either way is accepted. I hate word limits =.='

    Guernica

Lol, it's one of the most famous and iconic artworks of the 20th century - I personally don't like it much but what Art is really depends on your personal views and tastes

    is the hsc hard? .__."

Lol, yes I've done part of my HSC already, and really, it's not one yearly test. Half your marks come from a number of assessments you do throughout the whole year and the other half comes from the actual external BOS tests. Yes, you have to work quite hard and the workload is significantly...

    Creative: Journeys ?

Hey, just a side tip - English teachers generally HATE it if you do stories about violence and being involved in war. I think it'd be better if you wrote about something you could relate to more (doesn't have to be something everyday but just something you have somehow experienced). Also try to...

Short Story 3 - Untitled... Help us find a title.

'Control' maybe - not a great title i know, but it seems as if the man is desperate to control every aspect of his life whereas in reality his OCD is controlling him

    Guernica

I'm pretty sure that Picasso painted it to convey his disgust at the horrors of modern warfare and violence in general - maybe something about modern weaponry and the casualties of war?

    Guys true story

Not always the case though. Many do of course, but some tend to think 'oh wow, im so smart, i can afford to kick back a bit this year' whereas others realise that they need to put in a whole lot more effort. The result, the people who work harder get better results. That's really what it all...

    4-Unit Maths?

I'm not personally, but I know many people who have done 4-unit maths and done really well in it too. You need to be extremely dedicated and willing to work your butt off for a whole year, so yeah, be prepared to allocate quite a bit of time and effort too. On the other hand, doing 4 unit makes...

best way to pick a subject

The first thing I got told when I walked into every class this year was "I doesn't matter what your marks in junior were, they aren't an indication of how well you'll go in senior subjects" =.=' so yeah, basically choose subjects that are a mix of what you enjoy doing and what you can see...
