    so who's doing MX2?

Hmmm well I'm thinking of doing Extension 2, it'd give me 11 units going into year 12 (i.e. I can run away frm the classroom screaming and tearing my clothes and drop it if I want). My older brother sung me a song about it when I told him I was thinking about it - something about me being a...

"HIV Patients Not Welcome in Australia" John Howard

Well in that case we should kick out everyone who can't afford private health insurance - everyone 'leeches' off the welfare and public health systems and whatnot that is in that income bracket; thats what they're there for. Why have a welfare and health system if there's noone to use it? And...

Whats the most amount of pages youve read in a day?

yeah one day I was bored so just sat down and finished the fourth one in one book in one sitting. Apart from HP, I think the most I've read in one day a few 'books' of Tolstoy's War & Peace in a day... so a few hundred pages at a guess

Recommended Texbooks/Study Guides for Preliminary HSC?

Re: Recommended Texbooks/Study Guides? They're pretty good, my Chem teacher gives us each set when we start each module. I bought the Cambridge Ext Maths study guide the other day - its pretty good, but its only the extension work, and its not as in-depth as you would need for a Extension...

The 'Tomorrow' Series and the 'Ellie Chronicles'

The Tomorrow Series > The Ellie Chronicles perhaps its just the gore, perhaps its the steamy sex scenes, perhaps its the 'how the hell do they survive on so little food for so long', but I liked the Tomorrow Series so much more than the Ellie Chronicles. I guess my 11-year-old self was more...

    Hsc: All Your Own Work!

I hought it was kinda funny, its this thing about how you're not meant to plagarise, and when you're doing the module test, they give you the answer staright away (ie. it was very easy to plagarise the anti-plagarism test)

    math textbooks

Lots of people say that Maths in Focus gives a good intro to topics - I find Cambridge better, it explains the concepts more in-depth. Fitzpatrick is good too, but I rekon Cambridge has the best explanations (but Fitzpatrick is a helluva lot more compact)
