    hey guys, currently doing the vce, and was wondering if it was better to skip the umat this year, so that i can concentrate on my year 12 score and do the umat next year. Iv read around don these forums that it is better as uni's like undergraduate with no previous record..but i may be wrong...

    well say i get a uai of <99 or equivalent..and i do alrite in the umat but not enough to get me a spot. Would it be abetter option to skip a year? i heard if u do a course, u have a tertiary record which makes it worse somehow....
