    Wealth Management ---> IB/MC/TAS

    But ib/tas/mc would also take people with straight commerce degrees (no need for co-op). It's really not that hard as people think to get interviews. Why do an extra degree?

    Do employers care about what uni you go to and your wam?

    Are you sure employers will actually care about the difficulty in marking between unsw and usyd? Did they tell you this?

    Do employers care about what uni you go to and your wam?

    Also to answer your question, most employers don't care about which uni you go to. But it is such a coincidence that every AC i've been to have been composed of at least 60-70% from unsw. Whether they care about wam will depend on exactly what role you're applying for. 70 wam is good for like...

    Do employers care about what uni you go to and your wam?

    But how can you be fairly sure when there is evidence that the opposite can happen? i.e. in my case having a higher unsw wam than macquarie I have found the unsw exams a lot easier and requiring less study. But then again it's only commerce. Your friend might have done engineering or something

It worked for me during internship season last year even for IB apps - i.e. the only thing I changed in regards to the content of cover letters...

    Summer Vacation Internship's 2017/2018

    tldr - Overall it was a great recruiting process, as I expected and I would not have done anything different in in the interview or in preparation for it given the circumstance. Correspondence was adequate, group case study and standard individual interview. The hardest bit was getting the...

    And OP no offence but don't waste your time with applying for the management consulting firms. All the factors are against you. You have a good shot at big 4 advisory though - just not the deals/tas/cf areas
