    do you reckon...uai 85+?

Well going by that if your 2u maths doesn't count, physics is a good rank and the people ranked above you in the other subjects do really well then you should get 85+ if you study well.

    do you reckon...uai 85+?

Yea those marks mean nothing. Find out your internal ranks if you can cause the only thing that goes to your uai is your rank and the hsc marks of you and your peers. Having said that though, you seem to be doing really well in everything but 2u maths and physics but only top 8 or 10 (can't...

    Reminder..Don't stress over trial marks

Just thought I'd mention this because it helps to ease the stress at this time, I'm bored and uni really is a bludge. As per a BOS rep that spoke to my school last year; The trial HSC exams are nothing but a chance to improve your rankings in your cohort. Do not think that you need to get...

How much UAI can you pick up in the final exams?

As per a BOS rep that spoke to our school before trials last year do not think of your internal marks and increasing them. Ranks are what matter. So if you only perform about average in the trials (say 50%) you will be in the same position as someone who gets 100% in their trials from another...

    lolfail

Oh well, the good news is that you can get 2% in your trial exam and still get a 100uai! As long as your entire cohort gets <2% you will be ranked 1st and have a good shot at the HSC...stress that you have to get a high ranking though

    Marks- query??

Yea thats 100% possible. What matters is your rankings in the classes...you could be averaging 60% or something but if you are ranking first then you will be in the same position (when you sit the hsc) as someone averaging 100% in internals assuming they are ranking first (it's not entirely that...

Am i able to redeem myself ????????

They are really impressive rankings unless you go to a hopeless school but that doesn't matter too much even if you do and if as you say you are going to improve your SOR ranking thats even better. Congratulations on Hist Ext. too :p ...Our school wouldn't run it until we got the 6 in our class...

Am i able to redeem myself ????????

^^ Yes. The way the BOS regional advisor explained it to me is that it wouldn't matter if u got 40% overall in internal assessments as long as you were ranked 1st and got the same mark in the HSC exam as someone from a different school also ranked 1st but getting 98% overall internally you...

    Studying from Syllabus

Yes without wings that is the bit that makes me realise it is necessary in the HSC perhaps not in trial if we haven't finished topic 4 yet and sparcod thanks for clearing the whole topic 4 being an extension of topic 3 thing up it makes it easier to understand the syllabus in whole terms...

    Studying from Syllabus

I wrote summaries as per the syllabus which meant that in the premium notes and Leading Edge HSC economics text book I skipped the policies for all 6 syllabus points under topic 3: economic issues. As they are not in the syllabus does that mean we can definately not get a question relating to...
