Okay so I’m confused. I thought the HSC was out of 100 marks, and whatever mark you got out of that became your raw examination mark - say you got 93 out of 100, then you would get 93/100.
But apparently there’s this thing called aligning where the examiners might think an 86% is a Band 6, and therefore that person gets 90?
What is aligning??? Can someone please explain this?
