You're most likely looking at students in B's. They get less priority which may mean that they will encounter copied materials from txtbooks

whats about their online classes? have anyone tried their onl classes? JP, Delta, Concept, etc?

JP English definitely has online classes, my sister did the online option because we lived too far for f2f.
