Also depends on what the extra time is spent on. If it’s on going thru more content and doing more qs ig it isn’t too bad as i’m getting more value for my money but if it’s the teacher rambling on about motivational quotes and whatever dr du’s motivational speeches are i’d drop dead

Fair enough. I'd say thats only dr du who really does that. All the other teachers r out the door by the first second of the end of the session

Not really, if you consider the overall results of students, Zhang's median and average student is doing better than the median and average student at ACE as far as I know. Not really everyday you get SR1 Phys and Chem at Zhang's asw as SR5 Phys, Sigma also got a state rank this year too; both centres of which have significantly smaller cohorts than ACE does by a lot. You'd be surprised at the amazing performance at Zhang's and Sigma granted they have pretty small cohorts whereas ACE has fkn massive cohorts. Both centres appreciate quality over intake <3 Of course, rhat being said, going to ACE if you're fine w sitting in 3h classes is still high quality tutoring so it's just up to your personal preference in the end!

Just to make it clear to everyone; I don't discourage anyone from going to any tutoring centre because in the end we all have the common mindset to help our students improve and do the best possible in the HSC. So, I am sorry if i expressed anything in any harsh sentiment; no hard feelings 🤍; was just speaking in the interest of my own personal experiences at Sigma and PEAK Atlas, ACE, Du, Zhangs are all great tutoring centres, but at the end it just comes down to student preference after weighing out a few factors (class length, price, accessibility, school-specific classes, etc). Feel free to shoot me a message if you wanna chat about anything related to this; but sorry to anyone that I may have offended inadvertently .

nah pre much every senior class at du has breaks esp dr du’s class my friend in a1 told me that they got like 2 20 min breaks but their class goes overtime asw so yeah
