just wondering as to which is the best campus in terms of size & facilities ..?

It depends on what you're studying. Science facilities are definately better at Campbelltown - they have an anatomy lab aswell as the new facilities for the med students, although there's nothing wrong with Hawkesbury or Parra

Campbelltown looks kinda sexy, imo, from the outside. It gets a bit drab when you're actually in there, from memory.

Parramatta Campus is 'the' business degree campus

Parramatta also has new buildings, and the old ones are rarely used now

i reckon it really depends on the course u are doing. like for nursing, ctown and parra is feasible casue nursing subjects probably wont be available at other campuses and so on for other degrees.
