no, UAC go down your list of preferences from 1st to last and once you are eligable for a course they give you an offer and dont consider the others that remain on your list of preferences.
its a big mistake thinking you will get alot of offers so be sure to put your preferences in the right order.

yes thats true you can get one fee paying and one non fee paying offer but onlly one of each. If you're applying to unis in other states you comply by the rules and regulations of their respective admissions centres.

You may get up to two offers per state as explained above. However, once you accept an offer all admissions centres make this information available to all others, so you can only accept one offer within the country. If you accept multiple offers (ie in more than one state) then they will go by the date and time you accepted each individual offer. Accepting one offer will void all previous acceptances (though I think they may still get pissy if you don't tell them).
