Circle Geometry in 3D (1 Viewer)

Guys I keep seeing circle geo questions with 3d shapes inscribed in a circle/sphere but it still looks a circle . I cant stop seeing it without 3d and this makes it so much complicated. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

omg i had this problem a few times, but only with 3d trig. like it was just a 2d triangle and i thought it was a 3d shape for ages *facepalm*
the solution is that circle geo Q's are never in 3d... so dont think of it that way
