Has anyone been to the Dallas prep courses at Macquarie Uni this year? Or i guess if you went in previous years you'd be able to answer as well:

It says that they finish at 4pm each day. But does it actually finish at 4? Or does he go overtime? What time did it finish when you went there? Because i need to be somewhere afterwards, and i've been told he goes overtime.

Dallas was heaps good!!! so so so motivating..i think his attitude stamped the naivety out of many people which is a good thing. I really really liked what he had to say..i think hopefully if..i mean WHEn (lol) i get an interview i'll be prepared. Thank goodness theres nothing you can do for section II type II questions..atleast now i can move on with my life.

Why not? If you don't everyone else just has an adv. over you.

And besides, sections like the interview which that course went into are obviously not IQ based.

But that interview thing was weird... the basic idea i got is that if you're rich or smart, you wont be accepted. :S Which doesnt make sense..

aren't the examiners trained to recognise people who've been to such preperation courses?

Yeah thats what the UNSW man said. But who knows... Dallas says he's had a lot of success... but that could and probably is bs.
