I know how that feels. I felt the same way in year 12 and somewhat surprisingly, even now.

I think everyone has a rough-ish idea but they don't do it because there aren't enough jobs, low income, atar is too high or the course might be too difficult, parents won't allow it or they're just not 100% sure and don't want to take a risk.

Consider your strengths rather than your talents because talents only take you so far. One of them is good people skills. I'm not too sure what that has to do with midwifery though- do you like babies or the medical field?
Also consider what subjects. fields you'd like to work in. Finance, Education, Medicine etc. Education is good if you get along well with children and are able to communicate well with them.
What are your hobbies/ interests? Do you like animals? Games? Sport? Drawing? Numbers? etc.

It's hard to know where to really start and if you've just started year 12, I would recommend that you talk to your career advisor, even your year advisor. You probably have heard this before, but you have plenty of time and even if you go to university to study something like midwifery but aren't sure, keep at it and see if anything else interests you. It's never too late to change and it's always a good idea to have a back up plan.
