I'm confused about the concept of natural justice, is it just the same as procedural fairness ? Would this be a correct definition: the right to be heard by a court that is non-biased and a person's right to know what is alleged against them

Procedural justice is also known as natural justice, meaning that both terms are used interchangeably.

We can deduce that your definition of natural justice is correct and that you could possibly expand your definition to not only being heard, but also being judged in the same unbiased manner in which a party is heard, in addition to not only being informed of the case against a particular party, but also being given a right to respond.
