The Law Institute of Victoria states in the area that deals with admission to legal practice that you need a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a Victorian University OR
a "Bachelor of Laws from an interstate university and a Rule 4.14(2) certificate from one of Deakin, Latrobe, Monash or Melbourne Universities."

Do you think that this would equally apply to an interstate Juris Doctor, or the NSW Diploma of Law?

Is a Diploma of Law abbreviated as "BAB"??? I often notice many lawyer and barristers with "BAB" as part of their qualification in lieu of "LLB" but can't seem to figure it out...
