because ive been accepted for early offer at UOW and they want me to make the accepted course first.

do the people from universities when choosing from main rounds like look at your preference choice number for the course.

do the people from universities when choosing from main rounds like look at your preference choice number for the course.

Generally this only happens in the earlier rounds for courses eligible for that sort of entry but I don't see why you would HAVE to keep it at first after you've accepted an offer.
