Something you enjoy book/movie/game/party/go ~somewhere~ and do ~something~ that you like to do but haven't managed to do in a while.

Just depends on what you like to do, there's nothing wrong with taking a break once in a while.

GO take some time off then... but make sure you come back to your studies again

Realise that you're doing 8-10 times (plus a little bit extra) more study than many of us did. :)

Tell yourself it will increase your productivity (which is probably true). Remember one hour of effective and efficient study beats 5 hours of ineffective and inefficient study.

i realised the only reason i feel so stressed is because of parental expectations...

if it weren't for them, i'd feel so much at ease!

but this feeling gets a bit sickening sometimes >=-|

Take a day off, tell yourself you will be recharged and be ready to go all out again afterwards

Don't worry, you'll burn out in the next week and so you'll have tons of time off because you physically can't force yourself to do it.

Seriously, you just take time off. Just do it. You'll do better because of it.

Take a break - even if it's only for an hour or too. Go outside, get some sunshine or go for a walk - do something relaxing.

tbh I prefer when it's not sunny, to study better. Because it means that people ain't at the beach partying etc. and I find it more relaxing. (I'm more of a night studier maybe that's why).
