um just wondering what is a good model DVD - Writer that writes to most formats relatively fast and where can you get it cheap in the Western Suburbs of Sydney with software NO OEM's

OEMs usually come without software in my understanding, but i want software

i bought an oem dvd burner pioneer 109 from fluidtek for $77 last week.
