This was an assessment task I did in term 4, on mandatory sentencing, it's problems, effectiveness, etc.


I've attempted to add this to the resources section but it didn't work. I wonder why!!!

But I got 19/20 for this so it SHOULD BE ADDED. I only lost a mark because I stated that "mandatory sentencing applies in NSW for an automatic life sentence for MANSLAUGHTER" - I should have said murder

This was a speech - it went for 8 minutes 30, which I got 9/10 for because I was rushing to get all the info out!

We had to hand up a dot point summary as well. Attached is both the summary, and the speech. I hope that you use it well, but please don't plagiarise, it's not cool.

do you actually think it is going to stop people...btw your very kind for posting ur notes maybe it would be better to upload them to the mainpage therefore the thread doesnt disappear into thread world

i tried bringing it up in bene headquarters but it resulted in Melsc n I being told we need to unsticky everythin besides the resource directory so there isnt bias coz we cant sticky every1s assessment and b4 all that was stickied was stuff from cherryblossm, Melsc and I
so yeah now all the important stuff is stickied on the main page here:

It's cool, I thought that may have been the reason. Oh well, as long as it's there to help the needy.
I accidently bumped the thread. I meant to write in the PAY 05 thread but yeah I lost it. lol!
