N/A
Notorious BIG, and Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony. Also Common, Talib Kweli, and KRS-One.

But none of that's really recent...

i cant believe no one here has said MF DOOM (know known just as doom) he is still producing solid albumns such as "born like this"

also check out Mos Def he recently released "the ecstatic" great album imo.

Pharoahe Monch has a great albumn "internal affairs"

have u listened to any wu tang members albums following the break up? GZA's "Liquid Swords" and Raekwons "Only Built for Cuban Linx" are both classics

hope that helped

i see how everyone is dropping good names, but isn't he asking for recent stuff, which means roughly 2003 and upwards?

Dude there is so much!
Check out Cunninlynguists, Blu and Exile, Murs, Atmosphere, Felt, Cyne, Sean Price, anything featuring 9th Wonder, Jedi Mind Tricks, Kool Keith, Rhymefest, Pumpkinhead... That should keep you going for a while.

Aren't you on last.fm?

i've listened to stuff by cunninglynguists, will have to get stuff by them

and yes i had a last.fm before, but i deleted it and now i use zune social - which gives crap suggestions like wu-tang clan -> ghostface killah, gza, etc

Yeah Cunninlynguists are so good, i only just started listening to them, and cant stop. "will rap for food" or "a peice of strange" wont dissapoint.

Whats the difference between last and zune?
