hey all,
i was wondering, exactly how much info and in what kind of detail should i know for the contributions of heisenberg and pauli? i've been given a whole heap of detailed info on quantum numbers in relation to pauli, and im not sure if its required...??? any ideas?
thanks!

heisen berg:
uncertainly principle - and that formula if u can remember it... (*hits self on the head for nto rememberin it... dp. dx => h/2pi [edit thx to rorix for this]?can't remember)

pauli:
4th quantum number , electron spin + exclusion principle + (if u do q2q) neutrino (was it??)

well dx generally refers to a very small change but anyway its
(uncertainity in x)(uncertainty in p)>= h/(2pi)

the main contribution by heisenberg was that he pretty much created the mathematical framework for quantum mechanics with max born
