He caught 6 tailor. Cos the largest bar is the flathead. The 3rd largest bar is the bream, as it is half the amount of the flathead. And that leaves two other bars, whereby the smallest one being the 2 snapper. The only bar left is the one with 3 bar thingies, which equates to 6 tailor. As one unit in the bar = 2 fish. (as we can see from the smallest bar equalling the 2 snapper)
