yeeeh i thought the commercial cookery one was way too specfic .
i thought it would have been a more general question . such as describe two methods of cooking . not such specify poachin and baking .
hmmm . aw well .
i just made up some stuff on the stop and hope to god i got it all right !
yeeh but the rest were pretty ok .
did anyone else get confused on the multiple choice qn 14 ?
what did all use put ? . (considering use got to take the exam home with you that is ! )

Yeah, multiple choice was good.
And all the short answer (except HACCP for me, cause I suck at HACCP) were excellent.
I really disliked legislation, but I think that's cause I had no time.
Commercial cookery - <33
I love poaching, I went nuts on it....just baking sucked a fair bit.

For question 14 in the mutiple choice i put B because A cant be right because 'gender' or 'sexual preference' hasnt got to do with culture, C cant be right because 'disabilities' hasnt got to do with culture and D cant be right because 'age' doesnt have to do with culture...

my god, question 22 way too specific!

i thought it was good as.. the commercial cookery one was easy..?
what happens if you get a year wrong for legislation?
or get the name wrong but the year right?
for example, i wrote anti-smoking act 2000... when it's the Smoke Free Environment 2000..

i was the only one left in the exam room with half an hour to go.. there's 4 people in my class.. should i be worried about rankings and what not?
meh..
it's over!!
two more..

YAY i just looked it up and i got my legislation right :D

well i dont think i quite got all of the multiple choice, there were a couple i was iffy on.... but i loved the short answer - was on everything i'd studied!! :D

don't think i've done overly well on the extended responses... stupid poaching... but should be enough to at least get me an 85% like in the trials :)

please tell me that the yellow short answer pages were one sided

cos i was thinking that part was too simple.. then walked outside and realised that maybe they were double sided and started fretting

did it in trials with sen sci after finishing the 3 hour exam in 90 minutes - ended up getting top of the grade

stupid conscience.

Nope - you shouldn't be worried. As it's a 100% exam, the rankings only count if you suffer misadventure etc....
Hey...has anyone bothered to go through notes/syllabus etc to check all the MC answers? I'm trying not to think about it too much, but then again it would be good to know. I think I got a minimum of 12/15, but I'm hoping for 14...a couple I'm not sure about.....??
One more to go - YAY!!
