about the HTA history study days at Sydney Uni - did anyone realise bookings closed yesterday! =O

Do you think we'll still be able to book if we missed the closing date?

Does anyone know of any lectures for software or IPT around the hills area.
Also, is there a URL for the days at Macquarie Uni.

If you contact them asap (so monday give them a call on monday) they may still allow you to book. It will probably depend on current numbers etc

HELP
Does anyone if the HSC winter school run at sydney uni is any good for Physics or English or Biology??? I am thinking of going but not sure.
Thanks
I've had friends go to them and it really depends on what lecturers/teachers you have. Also depends on you and if they suit what you're after. My friend went to the biology one and said it was better than the english ones she went too. But i've also heard a few other opinons and things.

Theres a history one held by HTA... this weekend or next weekend. Did your school give out notices? Try to search it up on the web.

It's for modern, ancient and extension.

I'm not going though because I think it's pointless. I went to a lecture the other day for history and it was so tiring and boring - although the info will be perhaps useful for later when i write my essays up.

there's some study day things at the tanken centre (kirrawee high school) that you can go to. you can practice speaking and stuff there. not sure when they are though. ask your teacher about it im sure they know.
haha yeah.
there's a continuers workshop on thu 5- fri 6 july [first week of holidays].
its $100 bucks though and i think places are going fast.
so if you're interested go call them up and book a place.
i have the number but it's upstairs in my room and i really couldn't be assed.
ask your teacher.
also if you do extension i think there may be a seperate workshop for that too.
i'll get back to you...

Re: HSC - Seminars/ Lectures

I'm going to an Ancient one on Monday (at SydUni). Our teacher booked for us and the school's paying so I'm happy. I probably won't be when I'm trying not to yawn half way through the day.
