What is satire and irony exactly?

Would the part in Clueless where it goes:

Dionne: "Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, but thy eternal summer shall not fade." Phat! Did you write that?
Cher: Der, it's like a famous quote
Dionne: From where?
Cher: Cliff's Notes

be an example of either irony or satire?

And does anyone have any other examples from Emma or Clueless?

also mocks 20th century, because in emma's period they value education and through transformation of time it is non-existance (the value of education).

irony, when cher calls elton a snob and a half.
