that would be silly.. what if my question is unacceptable or to difficult etc... they said alot of the time people pick questions to broad and unspecific and hence answer inadequately and dont get good marks

haha i dont even have a question yet!! i got no idea what to do
any ideas??

And this is your idea of asking for some questions? Sorry if I dont share the same sense of 'humour'

Nice of you to blame your teacher when you could have just gone and seen them (you know, shown some initiative like any motivated person would have done!). Suppose this effort re doing an easy HSC assessment task really shows your attitude to everythinig.

As for the language, well I could have guessed as much.......... really showing your intelligence here. Bet I know how things are goiing to end up for you!
BTW pretty brave lashing out on a public board- really gutsy!

I stand by my statement of not wasting my time (or anyone elses for that matter)- it was a genuine offer to look at your question and help you out. But, you have throw this back in my face.......

ah, well if u cant read, it means, i dont have a question yet, can u give me some ideas where to start, some direction, some previous questions that uve seen that have been good

if u urself had some intelligence u would understand my fairly simple question.. i dont think i made it to complex ay.. teachers these days but, im not surprised..
instead u just jump out with all this attitude and say "stop wasting my time".. not only that, ur on a HELP forum.. dont come here if ur not willing to be understanding and helpful... you couldve simply asked me to rephrase my question instead of replying with a comment thinking ur all that cos ur a teacher or whatevers

haha how am i blaming my teacher? if u didnt read i said HE WASNT IN CLASS.. hence, HE WASNT AT SCHOOL... oh sorry was i suppose to call him? we had reliefs the last few periods

since when is language an indication of intelligence, fool?
and u call that a lash out hahahah

Juggernaut, cut it out.

No-one here is obliged to help you - you should be very appreciative of any offers that come your way, regardless of how you may perceive them to be.

i understand that.. if he didnt wanna help, thats fine.. he didnt have to abruptly accuse me of 'wasting his time' when all i did was ask a fair question

i am always appreciative of the voluntary help given on these forums laz... just not of the people who think they are all that

we can't give you some starting questions. instead, you should give US some questions you have come up with, and we can look at them and tell you if you are on the right track.

this isnt what you initially asked (see below)

My teacher didnt even verify our draft question before the term ended.. he just didnt show up to class n shit

now were expected to hand our completed isp in when school goes back..
what should i do??
Where exactly did you ask for ? (other than what should I do?) If you wanted to bludge or steal other peoples ISP ideas then say so

if u urself had some intelligence u would understand my fairly simple question.. i dont think i made it to complex ay.. teachers these days but, im not surprised..
Again, what is your question that you are supposedly asking? (kinda like your ISP I guess- non-existant)+ the issue of intelligence isnt the thread here (after all, I'm not the one trolling a help forum trying to scab ideas)

instead u just jump out with all this attitude and say "stop wasting my time".. not only that, ur on a HELP forum.. dont come here if ur not willing to be understanding and helpful... you couldve simply asked me to rephrase my question instead of replying with a comment thinking ur all that cos ur a teacher or whatevers

What attitude did I display? You are the one throwing a tanty! + This is what you said first off. How else am I supposed to take it other than it be a smart alec answer (ie you dont give a rats a## about the subject and yes, I am defensive about SOR!)+I am on this forum because I want to help (hence the initaial ask of whats your question). How is a vague plea for someone elses work/idea an example of me not being "understanding and helpful". I'm not going to condone plagiarism+ maybe if you hadnt been a smart alec with the post "haha i dont even have a question yet!!". this whole thing could have been avoided.
haha how am i blaming my teacher? if u didnt read i said HE WASNT IN CLASS.. hence, HE WASNT AT SCHOOL... oh sorry was i suppose to call him? we had reliefs the last few periods

Forgive the guy for being away!+why not try to contact him if it is such a worrying thing (hmmm, initiative, naw!) Why not see the other SOR/RE teachers (am assuming there is more than one) or the head of department or another teacher (teachers can all read an assignment sheet you know) or as a last resort, someone else in your class! Lord, even an English teacher could have been of help!
Its as if you are trying to place the blame for having done no work!

since when is language an indication of intelligence, fool?
My point was that your particularly inappropriate terminology is indicative of a lack of intelligence- a point you obviously didnt get (point proven). Plus do you thinks its approriate to this forum given the subject matter?
Bottom line: you were not asking for help with your ISP. You wanted someone to go out on a limb and give you an ISP (question and/or research methodology).
I dont think that this is the idea of this forum.(Any mods are welcome to correct me or comment on this one)
Forgive the long post that this one takes the cake. (I promise no more)

Seriously though (because this is a help forum), juggernaut, the offer to help is there. If you come up with a question, I dont mind having a look at it (as per my original offer)

how is going "haha i dont have a question yet" being a smart ass.. i was being serious.. i said "haha" because you said hand it up.. i was like "haha, but i dont even have a question yet!"

whats all this about stealing ideas and stuff? when i first made this thread the question 'WHAT SHOULD I DO?' was not asking 'what question should i do??'.. it was asking 'what should i do about this situation'.. as in, should i contact my teacher and get my question verified, should i complain, or whatever action..

after that, because u said hand it in, i said well i dont have a question yet, and so took this oppurtunity to ASK for an idea (not stealing someone elses!! just wanted a suggestion!!) on what type of questions are "correct".. because to be honest i dont know, we never got the chance to talk about drafts etc... again, i was not asking that question in attempt to just scab others.. i asked it in hope to get an idea of what type of questions people have previously done and hence what are 'correct'.. u totally got the wrong idea

(I promise no more)
again, u got it all wrong.. if i was doing that i would have said HEY I DONT HAVE A QUESTION, CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME ONE..... but, noticed how i said can u give me some IDEAS... as said above, all i wanted was some indication and direction on what was a 'corect' and sensible type of question to use..
the idea of the forum is to assist and help.. thats wat i asked for... i never once asked for someone to just simply 'give'

but whatever, im over it
