hmm i think i had this question in the half-yearlys and i stuffed up because i didnt have a specific human rights abuse.
so choose one international hr abuse that has been addressed... theres heaps out there. such as n. korea, US executing children, fiji, n. ireland and my one is in australia, our abuse of the child refugees in detention centres.
legal measures includes any legislation, usually international (UN) or common law examples etc. non-legal measures will usually be NGO's such as Amnesty International, greenpeace, human rights watch, or HREOC.
anyway and then make a judgment, as in whether the measures worked or failed.
